No matter what the issue is... you should always try to restart it. Steps as follows...


    1. Identify that there is in fact a problem.

    2. Save the progress you are able to.

    3. Click the Start button, PC users, or the apple logo, mac users.

    4. Select "Restart"

        -If this does not shut down the computer within a minute, press and hold the power button until power is lost.

        -Press the power button again to turn the computer back on.

    5. If restart is successful the computer will boot back up.

    6. See if the issue is fixed.

    7. If issue(s) persist or come back later please submit a ticket to the IT Department HERE.
